On November 2, 2003, Jeremy Gilchrist gave permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive:

I give full permission to trade my recordings and post them on the
internet archive and etree. The more fans who have access to it the
better ! I am all about spreading the music so yes you have the go

Taping and recording of all my live performances is highly encouraged. Provision of soundboard feeds is at the discretion of the venue unless otherwise noted. In the cases my own equipment is being used feeds will be provided on a first come first serve basis. Recordings should be distributed in a manner that no cash is exchanged, and no one party profits from another. SHN and other losless formats are permitted as a legitimate means of trading this material.
